The Dialogue Indiana Planning Team–all Dialogue in the Desert Alums! Bill and LuAnne Holladay; Joe; Anne Palmer and Barbara Coffman. All I had to do was show up and conduct the session. The idea for a nonprofit Dialogue workshop came about two years ago and was all theirs. The official “Alpha Chapter” of Dialogue in the Desert made everything happen. What a great group of alums–now dear friends.

The “Better me, better world, better life” words in the above headline sum up the second Dialogue Indiana Workshop for Bloomington area non-profits. It was simply a marvelous session, held December 3-5 at the Waycross Conference Center in the rolling hills of Indiana. Paul Sturm, development director for the Indiana University Art Museum wrote those words on his planning chart, summing up what is emerging in his life.

This is the second year of the Workshop and due to tremendous interest and energy generated from the 2008 Workshop, the team has decided to offer a third Workshop in 2009, so mark your calendar for December 2-4.

This is a great opportunity for nonprofit organizations to learn the same powerful thinking, planning and leadership tools we teach in the Dialogue in the Desert program and to get them at a fraction of the cost. The 2008 Workshop was just $440 and was all-inclusive, including room and board for two nights! The 2009 rate will increase due to an increase in the room charges at Waycross and other factors, but it will still be very reasonable. So Dialogue alums, this is a great opportunity for your friends and associates in nonprofits organizations.
